Personality: One of two Pokémon Ken has had since childhood. Because of its limited mobility, it can't do much to support - or caution - Ken about his current lifestyle, so it just hangs in a corner of his room. And worries. And worries.

Personality: Ken's other childhood companion, who faithfully follows him everywhere he goes - whether Ken wants it to or not. It doesn't understand why it and Minomon aren't good enough to serve as Ken's "perfect Pokémon" companions, and cuddles up to him no matter how many times he kicks it aside.

Personality: A lazy little thing that likes nothing better than to sit around, eat, and dream of one day growing wings and becoming a terrifying bug monster. It often seems to be lost in thought, but really it's just imagining one day devouring the heads of its enemies.

Personality: This Bidoof was a pretty happy go lucky kind of Pokémon, cheerful and outgoing. It liked swimming, long walks on the edge of the lake, and generally was a friendly creature. Now, however, thanks to the Pokéball it's a little more withdrawn and quiet. It shows moments of it's previous affability but only in momentary flashes.

Personality: Koffing is a real stinker. Even with the Pokeball, it seems like this particular representative of a smelly species has an intense bad mood. It constantly frowns, floating from place to place spewing toxic smoke non-stop. This includes inside Ken's place, by the way. There is no escape. Unless you put it outside.

Personality: Pineco is perpetually in a state of distress. It worries so much about everything around it, like it lives in a world of cardboard and it's Superman. Will it fall on someone and hurt them? Did it injure Ken when it fell near him in the forest? Is it too sharp, too spiky?
BUTTERFLYMON

Ability: Shield Dust
Nature: Naive
Char.: Somewhat of a clown.
Attacks: String Shot, Tackle
Personality: Caterpie is an affectionate bug. It loves to share food with Ken, bringing him half-eaten leaves and berries all the time. It never seems to notice that he finds it disgusting, though...

Char.: Thoroughly cunning.
Attacks: Bubble, Quick Attack
Personality: Surskit is an extremely compassionate Pokémon that likes to hide its compassionate side behind a web of lies. It does all sorts of incredibly nice things for everyone around it, but does so in secret, denying any involvement while pretending to be a complete jerkface.

Nature: Rash
Char.: Likes to thrash about.
Attacks: Tackle, Supersonic
Personality: Ledyba is a rebel! It's sometimes depressed, sometimes extremely aggressive, and never, ever wants to do what the MAN tells it to do. It bucks authority, fights the power, and listens to only the finest of Glacier Punk.

Ability: Intimidate
Nature: Serious
Char.: Proud of its power.

Personality: This cloned Pokémon followed Ken after the "battle" with Mewtwo. It now serves as the Pokémon Kaiser's primary form of transportation. He seems to have gotten ideas from watching it and its former master...
